Bangor Chi Gung. 6.30-7.30pm. Tai Chi 7.30-9.00pm. Anglican Chaplaincy, Princes Road. Ongoing during the summer except bank holiday.
Bangor University Tai Chi & Chi Gung. 1-2pm. Room F16 Memorial building , Deiniol Road
Bangor Yoga. 7-8.45pm. Anglican Chaplaincy, Princes Road. £6 pay as you go. Please bring yoga mat.
Brynsiencyn Age Well. 11am-12 noon. Community Centre
Bangor for drop in service users at the Abbey Road Centre. Tai chi/Chi gung/Yoga. 1 - 2pm. Abbey Road.
Benllech Tai Chi and Chi Gung. 10.00-11.00am. Goronwy Owen Hall
Amlwch Age Well Class. Tai Chi and Chi Gung. 11.30 -12.30pm. Memorial Hall
Bangor Penrhyn Castle. 5.30-6.30pm. Exhibition Hall. During warmer weather, this class is often outside. When it's colder, we'll be indoors. Park by the shop at the back of the castle you'll see people arriving just before 5.30
Llandegfan Yoga. 7.15 - 9pm. Llandegfan Parish Hall. £6/£5 pay as you go. Please bring yoga mat.
