This site provides information about Bangor School of Tai Chi, Chi Gung and Yoga classes. The classes are run by Jeff Cushing and Geraint Davis.

Monday

Llangefni  Age Well Class. Tai Chi & Chi Gung. 10-11am. Town Hall, Llangefni

Llandegfan Open Class Tai Chi & Chi Gung. 2.30-3.30pm. Community Hall, Llandegfan

Bangor Chi Gung. 7-8pm.   Tai Chi 8-9pm. Coed Mawr Community Centre, (behind McDonalds) Coed Mawr Road (if you were looking at McDonalds from Caernarfon road, you can see the centre behind, the access is to the right from coed mawr road.) Ongoing during the summer except bank holiday. £5 single Class, £7 for Both

Tuesday

Bangor University Tai Chi & Chi Gung. 1-2pm. Room F16 Memorial building , Deiniol Road

Bangor Yoga, mixed ability. 7 - 8.45pm.Quaker Meeting House, Dean Street  £6/5 pay as you go. Please bring yoga mat.except 26th May, as I am Away. Classes in the Quaker house start on 2nd of June.

Wednesday   

Bangor Yoga, mixed ability. 9.30 - 11am. Coed Mawr Community Centre, (behind McDonalds) Coed Mawr Road (if you were looking at McDonalds from Caernarfon road, you can see the centre behind, the access is to the right from coed mawr road.)

Brynsiencyn Age Well. 11.30am-12.30pm  Community Centre

Bangor University  Tai chi,  Fron Heulog, Holyhead Road, room 13,  2-3pm


Thursday

Benllech Tai Chi and Chi Gung. 10.00-11.00am. Goronwy Owen Hall

Amlwch  Age Well Class. Tai Chi and Chi Gung. 11.30am -12.30pm. Memorial Hall

Bangor Anglican Chaplaincy. Princes Road 5.30-6.30pm. 

Llandegfan Yoga, mixed ability. 7.15 - 9pm. Llandegfan Parish Hall. £6/£5 pay as you go. Please bring yoga mat. The heating is fixed and classes are back to normal

Beginners are always welcome. Please wear comfortable clothing and flat soled shoes for tai chi  and bring a yoga mat for yoga classes.
