Monday

Llangefni  Age Well Class. Tai Chi & Chi Gung. 10-11am. Town Hall, Llangefni (on the ground floor in the town hall nr. the clock

Llandegfan Open Class Tai Chi & Chi Gung. 2.30-3.30pm. Community Hall, Llandegfan (top of the village near the childrens play park)

Bangor Chi Gung. 6.30-7.30pm.£5 Class   Bangor -Tai Chi, All Levels Tai Chi. 7.30 - 9.00pm.£6/£5   Coed Mawr Community Centre, (behind McDonalds) Coed Mawr Road (if you were looking at McDonalds from Caernarfon road, you can see the centre behind, the access is to the right from coed mawr road. Also you can park in McDonalds and walk through to the Centre)

Tuesday

Bangor University Tai Chi & Chi Gung. 1-2pm. Room F16 Memorial building , Deiniol Road £5 (Oposite the science library)

Bangor -Tai Chi 5.30-6.30pm Quaker Meeting House, Dean Street Bangor £5 Not running at present restart in September

Yoga 7.30-9pm. £6/£5 per class as pay as you go (or you can pay as a block booking for 6 weeks, £30/£24) Coed Mawr Community Centre, (behind McDonalds) Coed Mawr Road (if you were looking at McDonalds from Caernarfon road, you can see the centre behind, the access is to the right from coed mawr road. Also you can park in McDonalds and walk through  to the Centre)

 

Wednesday   

Brynsiencyn - Tai Chi/Chi Gung -Age Well. 10.00am-11.00am  Community Centre.


Thursday

Benllech -Tai Chi and Chi Gung.  10.00-11.00am. Goronwy Owen Hall
£4.50 per Class

Amlwch - Age Well Class. Tai Chi and Chi Gung. 11.30am -12.30pm. Memorial Hall

 

Llandegfan -Yoga, mixed ability. 7.30 - 9pm. Llandegfan Parish Hall. £6/£5 per class as pay as you go (or you can pay as a block booking for 6 weeks, £30/£24) Coed Mawr Community Centre,. Please bring yoga mat. The heating is fixed and classes are back to normal

Beginners are always welcome. Please wear comfortable clothing and flat soled shoes for tai chi  and bring a yoga mat for yoga classes.
