Llandegfan Yoga, mixed ability. 7.15 - 9pm. Llandegfan Parish Hall. £6/£5 pay as you go. Please bring yoga mat. Please note, this class is currently suspended due to heating failure in the venue - I will update this page as soon as the class returns.

Beginners are always welcome. Please wear comfortable clothing and flat soled shoes for tai chi and bring a yoga mat for yoga classes.
