This site provides information about Bangor School of Tai Chi, Chi Gung and Yoga classes. The classes are run by Jeff Cushing and Geraint Davis.
Over the next few months there will be some changes to the class times and venues, partly due to the Anglican chaplaincy being sold off, also I'm planning to have some time off during August, so some classes will stop other will carry on. During August there will be no classes on Mondays, and on Thursday will be one class in Benllech 10am, also the yoga class that is normally on Tuesday in the Quaker Meeting House will also stop and will recomence in August on a Monday evening 7.30 till 9pm, however there will be a new class Monday eve this will be Qigong 6.30-7.30pm Yoga will be straight afterwards.

Llandegfan -Yoga, mixed ability. 7.15 - 9pm. Llandegfan Parish Hall. £6/£5 pay as you go. Please bring yoga mat. The heating is fixed and classes are back to normal

Beginners are always welcome. Please wear comfortable clothing and flat soled shoes for tai chi and bring a yoga mat for yoga classes.
